It's a natural and holistic health care system dating back more than 5,000 years. Ayurveda shows us how to use and align with nature to experience our natural state of balance, peace, and vibrant health.

Our studio offers play-shops and longer courses about the teachings of Ayurveda and how to incorporate them into everyday life.

Fabienne Grossman now offers individual consultations to assess health imbalances like digestive troubles, sleep issues, low energy and more and then help guide the way back towards balanced wellness. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Ayurveda Yoga Specialist she uses a comprehensive approach to improving your health through diet and lifestyle. Individual session will consist of reviewing diet, lifestyle, & overall health status. Using principles of Ayurveda and Western evidence based nutrition, clients will be given nutrition recommendation, menu plans and recommendations to improve their health, energy and obtain and maintain their optimal weight. Learn to evaluate current eating habits & hunger and fullness cues. Clients will become aware of what strategies are necessary in order to achieve and sustain a healthy diet without sacrificing the enjoyment of foods and the pleasure of the eating experience. In addition, clients will be given specific yoga postures and breathing techniques to help bring the body and mind into balance.
