Ayurveda is the sister science of Yoga. It means the science of life. Where Yoga is the path to self realization- Ayurveda is the path of learning how to care for the self that is being realized. It's a natural and holistic health care system dating back more than 5,000 years. Ayurveda shows us how to use and align with nature to experience our natural state of balance, peace, and vibrant health.
Our studio offers workshops and longer courses about the teachings of Ayurveda and how to incorporate them into everyday life. In the near future, we will also be offering individual consultations to assess health imbalances like digestive troubles, sleep issues, low energy and more and then help guide the way back towards balanced wellness.
Jill Douglas, Ayurvedic health coach and long time yoga teacher and massage therapist, helps women navigate life’s transitions with greater ease, purpose, and balance. She makes ancient wisdom practical and applicable to everyday life.
